Bleubell Macrame is based in Taranaki, NZ.
When will my order be shipped?
Once you have placed your order, I will process and package your order within 2 business days then it will be picked up by the courier which is usually the same day or next. Please note that packages are only picked up by the courier from Monday-Friday. All packages are sent with tracked postage.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Cotton, Rope & Ribbon products are only shipped within New Zealand.
Do you take custom orders?
We certainly do. If you have questions in regards to a custom order just get in touch with me via the contact page.
What macrame products do you have in stock?
All our pieces ready to purchase are uploaded to the website. You can also join our VIP group on Facebook to get a heads up on new pieces for sale.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated by your address. We have a flat rate of $5 for small orders such as keychains, plant hangers etc. All other items have a flat rate of $10 .
How can I get a refund?
We do not accept refunds. All sales are final so please make sure you “choose wisely”. If a product arrives to you damaged then you will need to contact the courier in which you can get in contact with me & I will give you all their info.
I want to return an item. How do I do this?

If purchasing internationally, buyers are responsible for all custom & import taxes applicable. Please be sure to check these before you purchase. Bleubell Macrame takes no responsibility for any additional costs incurred.
Please also check before placing an order that importation of items of wood/branches, dried flowers & deer antlers are not prohibited or restricted in your country of residence. Bleubell Macrame will not be held responsible or issue a refund in the event of your purchase being confiscated.
